"Carry You Home" is the third single from James Blunt's second album All the Lost Souls. The single was released on March 24, 2008 in the UK. "Carry You Home" peaked at number 20 on the UK Singles Chart. The song had already debuted at number 173 in September 2007 on download sales when the album All the Lost Souls was released.

Lyrics

Trouble is her only friend and he's back again.
Makes her body older than it really is.
She says it's high time she went away,
No one's got much to say in this town.
Trouble is the only way is down.
Down, down.
As strong as you were, tender you go.
I'm watching you breathing for the last time.
A song for your heart, but when it is quiet,
I know what it means and I'll carry you home.
I'll carry you home.
If she had wings she would fly away,
And another day God will give her some.
Trouble is the only way is down.
Down, down.
As strong as you were, tender you go.
I'm watching you breathing for the last time.
A song for your heart, but when it is quiet,
I know what it means and I'll carry you home.
I'll carry you home.
And they were all born pretty in New York City tonight,
And someone's little girl was taken from the world tonight,
Under the Stars and Stripes.
As strong as you were, tender you go.
I'm watching you breathing for the last time.
A song for your heart, but when it is quiet,
I know what it means and I'll carry you home.
I'll carry you home.
As strong as you were, tender you go.
I'm watching you breathing for the last time.
A song for your heart, but when it is quiet,
I know what it means and I'll carry you home.
I'll carry you home.

"100 Years" is the first single from the album The Battle for Everything released by Five for Fighting (John Ondrasik) in 2004.

The song is about a man who is 99 years old, about to turn 100. He looks back at his life to see whether he really "lived" it or not. The song's main theme is to never take life for granted, and all of the time we have on Earth is right now, so we should make the most of it. Another theme to the song is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.

In December 2004, on the Billboard end-of-the-year music chart, "100 Years" was ranked at #77 for the year. "100 Years" was also the longest running #1 single of the year on the Billboard Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks chart, staying at #1 for 12 weeks. The music video for "100 Years" placed at #32 on VH1's Top 40 Music Video Countdown of 2004, spending 18 weeks on VH1's weekly Top 20 countdown.  Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"Superman (It's Not Easy)" is a contemporary rock song by Five for Fighting (stage name of American singer-songwriter John Ondrasik) from his second album America Town, released in 2000. The single peaked at 14 on the US charts.

The song comes from the superhero Superman's point of view, although his name is never mentioned lyrically. He is portrayed as misunderstood and not as powerful as people see him, relating to ordinary people's struggles to fit in, live up to expectations and fulfill their responsibilities. At the end of the song's music video, John Ondrasik lies in bed with his own wife and son.

"The Riddle" was the first single from American singer/songwriter Five for Fighting's album Two Lights. John Ondrasik has stated that it was the hardest to write of any of his songs, taking 18 months to write. By the end, he had over 100 drafts before he came up with the final version. Although it began as a song on the meaning of life, it later evolved into a song about the love between a father and his son, inspired by his relationship with his own five-year-old son.
